I am with my daughter and I was so impressed with Kai, the receptionist. She was so cheerful and joyful and helpful and went out of her way to make us feel appreciated. For example after she scanned in my insurance card and id, she got up and walked away from her desk and came through the lobby door to hand me my cards back when she could have just asked me to come get them. I also have 2 other kids who are patients here at the Smile Spot and they are almost ready to have their braces finally removed. We love the orthodontists here and the super friendly and competent staff. Five stars.
